Watch your team play over the internet!

Selected NSC soccer, hockey and other events will be webcast throughout the year.

This unique offering in the amateur sports world allows those unable to attend the tournament the opportunity to watch their children, grandchildren, relatives or friends participate in NSC events. The games will be available live and also for purchase on a flash drive after the game, so players, parents and others who are there in person can still watch the webcasts at a later time.

In 2008, NSC opened NSCgamecast, our in-house webcasting service. Over the course of the year, we broadcast over 350 individual soccer and hockey games through our website.

Please visit the National Sports Center’s webcasting Web site at www.NSCgamecast.tv for more information.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you tell me about your webcasting service?

Games can be viewed live over the internet. These webcasts are very similar to a television broadcast, except that webcasts are shown on the Internet. One can adjust the size of the viewing screen on a computer or connect the stream to a T.V.

After the live internet viewing has expired, you can purchase a copy of the game to keep forever on a flash drive for $25.

Is there play-by-play commentary?

Yes, NSCgamecast takes pride in hiring the best on-air staff available. Some of our games even offer color commentators as well.

What events will be webcast?

Some of the 2009-2010 events we plan to webcast:

Also, watch for other special events, to be announced later. Remember, a current schedule of upcoming NSCwebcast games is always available at www.NSCgamecast.tv.

Are archived webcasts available?

Yes. After the game has ended, you can always purchase a copy of the game on a flash drive for $25. Flash drive games are exactly the same as the broadcast over the internet, complete with the NSC’s great play-by-play announcing.

How do I buy a game on a flash drive?

If you are at the game in person, just stop by our broadcast location and we can copy the game for you in a few minutes. At the Schwan Super Rink, the broadcast location is easily identifiable at the top of the bleachers. On soccer field U2, it’s directly east of the field on the top of the hill. In the NSC Stadium, it’s in the press box.

If you are ordering a game later, just call 763.238.1702 or email jfrantzen@nscsports.org

How do I pay for a game on a flash drive?

We accept cash, checks or credit/debit cards.

How long are archived games available for purchase?

We will keep games for at least a year, and maybe longer. Always ask.

Once I purchase a game, can I view it more than once?

Live webcast games can only be viewed live. Games purchased on flash drives can be viewed as many times as you want.

Can I download a webcast to my computer?

Live webcasts cannot be downloaded to your computer. Flash drive games can be copied over.

Can I order a DVD?

No, at the present time, NSCgamecast offers only live broadcasts on www.NSCgamecast.tv and archived games on a flash drive.

Where can I watch webcasts?

Click “Add to Cart” for the specific event you want to purchase.
